It was our Messy Church 5th year anniversary, with many of our original congregation and team, all with as much enthusiasm as we had many years ago.

It was a memorable messy, with many things going wrong, but being rectified at the last minute.  I think the whole afternoon was so full of joy and excitement it was impossible to be too worried, and as always Jesus is there with us and all went so well.  Actually I think the nervous energy was changed into a sense of anticipation.

The craft table which was run by 2 young people, with expertise in Origami, was so popular and we were able to decorate the altar with many origami doves, very special.  The band performed 2 new songs from the 'I am Love' CD, with lots of little helpers.  

Our meal was very nice and it is a joy to see all ages sitting down to enjoy their meal together.  Thanks everyone for a wonderful 5 year anniversary messy.
