What a wonderful way to start the new messy year, with lots of our regular messy friends plus 3 new families coming along to join us.  This also included Molly the little white dog.  It was the essence of messy church, with all ages enjoying each others company, involving themselves with the children and even trying out the craft activities.

The story was taken from Genesis 28:10-19 about the dream that Jacob had.  The congregation all listened so carefully as we heard the story narrated and acted out. Many beautiful angels were made in the craft time, which were attached by the children to the ladder leading from the altar to the ceiling of the church.  

Fr. Mark spoke to us about angel's being God's messengers, helping God's kingdom grow on earth, through Jesus.
